Sameer Parekh is the CEO at Falkor Systems, a company that develops autonomous flying robots, which he will demo at LISA. His first company, C2Net Software, was acquired by Redhat in 2000 and featured regularly in such publications as Wired, Newsweek and Forbes. Sameer has toured Europe as a DJ, trained as a Marine, worked for Goldman Sachs, and is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a MS in Mathematics in Finance from NYU. He is a pilot, rock climber, runner and cyclist fluent in multiple languages.
