Andrew Bell currently lives in New York where he works for The Mill as a creative technologist, helping to build and run the Digital department. Before that he worked at The Barbarian Group, where his business card read Visual Architect, and prior to that, he spent 5 years in Los Angeles working for Method as a Technical Director. Before that, and despite his best efforts to the contrary, he managed to earn a degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas. While he was in school he also interned with the Photoshop development team at Adobe and worked for DigiEffects developing plugins for After Effects and Photoshop. Just about every waking moment of free time he has goes toward running the open source project Cinder, which is a library designed for professional-quality creative coding in C++.
